When you come in for facial balancing, we assess your entire face first, map proportions and asymmetries, and create a coordinated plan using fillers, Botox, or other injectables together. Rather than treating one area in isolation, every product placed is chosen to support the overall harmony of your face. You can book dermal fillers for a specific concern, or book facial balancing when you want a comprehensive, cohesive result.
Syringe count varies significantly from patient to patient, typically ranging from 2 to 8, depending on how many areas you're addressing and the goals you're working toward. Your injector will give you a clear, specific estimate at your complimentary consultation, once they've assessed your face in person. There is no commitment to book at the consultation.
We use a range of premium, physician-selected products chosen based on the area and goal: Restylane and Evolysse for soft tissue volume and contour, biostimulators for structural support and gradual collagen stimulation in areas like the jawline and chin, PRP to enhance skin quality and support natural collagen production, and Botox or Dysport where muscle relaxation supports the overall result. Your injector will walk you through which products are recommended for your specific plan.
Results typically last 12 to 18 months depending on the products used, the areas treated, and your individual metabolism. Structural areas like the jawline and chin often hold longer. Softer tissue areas may benefit from a refresh at the 12-month mark. Many patients find results improve progressively over multiple sessions.
Most patients experience only mild pressure during treatment. We apply topical numbing cream before your session, and many of the fillers we use contain built-in lidocaine for added comfort. Most patients are comfortable throughout the appointment and resume normal activities immediately after.
Yes, and for many patients it is the most effective approach. Botox relaxes dynamic muscles in the upper face while fillers restore volume and structure in the mid and lower face. Used together as part of a coordinated plan, they create a more complete and natural-looking result than either product alone.
Downtime is minimal. Mild swelling, tenderness, or light bruising is normal and typically resolves within 2-3 days. Most patients return to work and social activities the same day.
